The American Goldfinch feeding at my seed ball that is filled with black oil sunflower seeds. The Bright colors and the song or these Wild Canaries Are Like no other bird that comes to my feeders they add color and music to the yard. They are probably one of the easiest bird to attract to the yard just make sure that you offer plenty of clean fresh seed and a water source and you will have no problem keeping them around.

A Greater Roadrunner, Geococcyx californianus, visited our bird feeder yesterday. This is unusual. Roadrunners feed on insects, reptiles, small mammals and birds, not birdseed.
